        Yes, he said it was no brand headers when put it up for sale. Then everyone laughed inside and knew it was Bav Auto Headers, his original asking price was $80.

          They also sell replicas from time to time on ebay for $160. You can tell the difference because the real ones only have a "tack" weld on the outside at the flange whereas the fake ones have a weld all the way around. I haven't been able to find any other differences, though. My replicas are going strong after 3 years and plenty of heat cycles/ splashes through deep water.

            In all honestly as long as the long tubes fit and are decent they all perform the same much like the e46 m3 guys super sprint for $800 or decent ebay ones for $100-200 same result.

              so when it comes to just the tack weld on the original ones..wouldn't the ones(replicas) with the weld all the way around technically be better? or stronger? Im not talking fit, finish or even performance. why wouldnt the original version benefit from full welding between the tubes and flange? were they saving on material you think? Just wondering as im going to be in the market for a set of long tubes soon as im hearing they offer better performance...im new to the E30..again, lol
