OK after MANY MANY hours, I've come up with the M30 turbo kit that will fit stock M30 B35's and B34 WITHOUT any mods like flipping throttle bodies or modifying motor.

It'll break 400whp on mid range (14psi) boost with conservative timing and 100% stock internals with ARP head studs.Easily a 500hp setup.

Will be doing it in staged packages for example there will be a 2.5" charge pipe setup for those afraid of cutting into there front sheet metal to clearance the intercooler. and then there will be the 3" charge pipe kit for those going all out.

It will include everything needed minus gauges, vac line, bolts.

You'll be getting TUNING,Turbo, piping, BOV, WG, fueling solution, and the little things that go into making a kit truly work.

This is an EXTERNAL Wastegated setup so it is considerably more expensive than the M20 kit.

Kits minus parts like turbo, WG etc for those who want to save$$ and get a used or different sizing.

We are looking at ~$4800 +shipping for Full kit

Are you using Otis's manifold? If so I'm almost certain it will work for both motors.

Edit: just checked yes Otis manifold will work.

                          m20 turbo kit question

So if i were to buy a 325i e30 and i install this whole kit it will run reliably, and will have ~350 hp? or am i going to have to beef up some of the engine parts. And will i have to get better injectors.

Stock engine, with studs/head gasket and injectors will do it.

td06h-20g is what you recommend? What about a td06-25g?

Looking for the best sized Turbo for full boost by 4000 on a 2.8 m20. Thanks.
