m3ryan's is painted. There is only a vinyl cover. Underneath there is fiberglass so it just needs to be sanded smooth and then primered and painted.

Thanks for everyone's interest. Mark is first on the list, but I won't be getting up to Toronto until Easter and now that trip may not work out either. So the easiest thing for me is someone who can pick up or ship from Toronto...
