i'm pretty sure i know a hell of a lot more about alpina than you do.

of course, i intend the above comments constructively and with all due respect. have a nice day.

on another note, you're an instigator raul 8)
Hmm, i ask if you were alive in 1988 and you go on a name calling tirade like someone born well after 1988. If ur such a vet u should know not to clutter someone's for sale thread with false information. And i'm pretty sure that cursing and petty name calling is frowned upon by forum mods.

your reading comprehension is abysmal. the purpose of my original post was to simply let you know that I didn't think your wheel was original alpina. my second post was a response your your ridiculously defensive backlash to me going out of my way to help you out.

and to answer your question- this is r3v. cursing and name calling is allowed here. this is how we keep members like you in check when you are being an asshole.

what isn't allowed is thread shitting. in fact, you shit your own thread when you originally responded to my post the way you did. i wonder if this means you need to ban yourself?

everyone on this forum now thinks you are a complete douche. no one is going to buy overpriced parts from a person like you.

i did some checking: turns out you also cross posted this on s14 of which i am also a member.

turns out "1988 M3 S54 *TURBO*" also posted on your thread that he didn't think it was real and you jumped all over his ass too......for your information, there is no one on any e30 forum that has more knowledge of alpina than him.

also, i sent photos of your wheel to susan at KSK alpina. i included the part number you posted on s14. guess what? she doesn't recognize it as any wheel alpina ever produced either. this woman has been selling alpina parts for perhaps 25 years. there is no one here in the USA that knows these cars better than her. she also stated that piece of crap had a value of $25.00 at the most.

guess what else isn't allowed here? that would be fraud.

you really need to take your shitty, arrogant, defensive attitude and get the hell off our forum.

i wait on baited breath for your retort?

Momo part number was momo typ c 38 kba 70024. I had researched it before and thought I found a match but I can't find that pic anymore so maybe I was mistaken. I never called myself an expert I do my best to confirm stuff. If I'm mistaken that's fine I have no problem admitting I'm wrong. SineQuaNon if you want a refund you can do that.
Still think it's funny you got so butthurt over such a benign comment. You talk about me being defensive yet you write a whole book cuz I made a comment about you possibly being young. Now what are you going to do? Are you going to gloat and get all haughty and call me more names?

First of all, it is big of you to offer the buyer a refund. I am pretty sure everyone on the forum appreciates this gesture. However, it is really important that you understand the actual reasons this thread has turned into the abortion it has: this has nothing to do with wether the item is or is not real. If you look back over everything i have previously said, never once have I definitively said the wheel is a fake. Myself, raul, and others don't think its real, but are not saying so to a fact.

I know i'm having trouble geting this through to you but this thread has become a case study of your personality flaws. Both raul and i were simply trying to help you avoid problems with future clients and in return you were a douche. You keep downplaying this simple fact as though you treat people like this all the time and its completely normal. My suggestion to you is the next time you are faced with a situation where you think its appropriate to bite someone's head off, you should probably take a minute to think a little before you fly off the handle. Hopefully you can take this with you as a harmless(perhaps embarrassing) little life lesson. sometimes this sort of thing happens to you because your ego needs to be put in check. i have nothing against you personally.
