    E28 S38 b35 (whole or parts)

I have a complete s38 from an e28 M5. Looking to sell it whole but might part it out...

Mileage is unknown....180k is what I estimate.

    Compression test
    1-160
    2-170
    3-165
    4-110-120
    5-160
    6-175

#4 is low so I did a leak down on it and it looks like it is coming from the exhaust valve. This could be anything from a valve not seating to a burned valve. I did not do a leak down on the others (checked #6 and it was about 10% leak down)...this was on a cold engine.

Engine was not running when I got it. PO said there was some sort of fuel issue and then he started to part the car. Then I got it and finished parting it.

I do NOT have the dme.

Engine is out of the car and ready to go complete or possible part out.

I am really not sure where to price this thing in it's current conditions so if anyone is interested in it whole (or parted) please send a PM or email to jake@classicdaily.net.

I do have other parts from this M5 as well...not a ton left but some odds and ends.

Very cool! As I'm sure you're aware, you have to at least ballpark what you're looking for.
