is the m20 flywheel already lighten?

M20 flywheel is 13.8 lb euro flywheel, has nubs for Motronic 1.1 and of course can be used with 1.3. uses standard 325i clutch. I think the stock US flywheel is 18lbs, dual mass is something like 24lbs?
