That is a 385mm M-Tech I wheel, the larger one. The small one is 370mm and does not have the gaps between the leather and the center on the right and left which that wheel has.

I never got the chance to finish updating the sale portion of the thread when I was asking if I had the large diameter or not cause I didn't know aside from physically measuring, from all the messages I've been receiving and my work schedule. And also knowing it's not the larger one, I wouldn't try to rip someone off and theres no fooling here, just haven't gotten the chance. But since I'm here, I'll update it (:
