Selling a full set of forged pistons and forged rods for an E34 M5 S38B36. These should also work in an E28 M5 or E24 M6 with the proper B36 crankshaft (which I'm selling in another listing).
Pistons should be Wiseco, 8.5:1, 94mm.
Rods are made by Eagle, they are an H-Beam rod and have the identifier "5630HO" stamped on them. Comes with the Eagle supplied ARP2000 bolts.
Overall everything in pretty good shape, though pistons 5&6 have some marks on the surface, initially I thought it was from a broken spark plug electrode but the bores in the block show no similar markings or damage and all the spark plugs were intact. My machinist said it wouldn't be a problem to use them again since there are no protrusions to cause hot-spots.
Would definitely recommend replacing the bearings and the rings, beyond that, you should be good to go. I can help you source both if necessary.
