no way this design would work for euro bumpers. The front ones are mounted with two bolts that go in parallel to the ground and are hidden behind trim.

I got a chance to look at the metal bumper cars and this will NOT bolt up as easily. I think it "could", but you'd have to drill a couple holes into the metal and tap them or bolt through.

If you have a metal bumper car and want one, let me know.
