Did you mistype a zero at the end of the price for the mud flaps or tail lights? Where were the mud flaps kept all these years for NOS to look used?

If they're rubber then it's a good chance that it's just dusty and that they'll clean up nicely, though why you would sell mudflaps for $350 and not bother to wipe them down before taking pictures is beyond me.
