I have a drivers side only; it's a two piece brake duct for the 325is front spoiler air dam. Part of it is the under covering and the other is the duct which mounts to it. The duct can be flupped to be used as a passenger side duct.

the air damn is similar I would think it would work on the 325ES.
providing the opening is there on the spoiler. I have not confirmed part #s
