I found a new trunk lid to replace mine, this is free to anyone who wants to come and get it. Otherwise I'm taking it to the metal recyclers.
Bad things: Paint is way faded, had an IS spoiler at one time apparently and the PO just yanked it off leaving the studs, there is some rust inside the lid where the spoiler studs are, some rust and paint bubbling on top where the studs stick through, the skin pinch welds inside are corroded, and for the most part I yanked all the hardware. I was kicking around the idea of keeping it as a test bed to learn painting, but I just dont have the room.
