Condition for the seat is 9/10. There are zero tears. There are a couple small spots of discoloration, nothing really noticeable. I tried to capture them in the pictures.

I couldn't really find a price to base this off of, so $150 shipped is what I'll start at. Make an offer!

if I'm not mistaken that's been reupholstered at some point. So the question remains are you sure that's leather and not vinyl?
