Overall decent condition. Unfortunately the brackets were junk, and the adjusters were rusted and seized. I cleaned the housings, they have a little bit of rust; nothing terrible that isn't a quick fix. Tested, working properly, comes with all 3 pigtails(not in perfect shape, but they stay plugged in). I do have the headlight trim rings, they in need of some love, I'm working on that.
