How are these used Hellas better than a new set of depos for half price? They look identical in pictures or am I missing some important detail?

Cause the depos don't seal properly and let condensation in.
One hid sits correctly in the low beam and upside down in the other.
This is the problem I ran into with my free depo lights. I also kept my stock high beams.
