It's in really nice condition. I've been running it for about 6 months now, but found a "sport" apron I'd rather use.
It will come with the stainless hardware (the visible screws in the front) and one of the clamping bolts and plastic nuts. You'll need one more clamping bolt and plastic nut.
Bolt: 51711936999 ($3 at the dealer)
Nut: 16131176747 ($1 at dealer. Same as the plastic nuts for the center console.)
The p/n for the actual apron is 51711933510. They are available brand new for around $250 without hardware.
I can get better pics if need be.

I can prep it and give it a few coats of SEM trim paint for $125 shipped

The mark in this pic just to the left of the opening is not a blemish. It's just where I applied some trim detailer and didn't wipe it well.
