Yes all euro ellips had city lights just not all were smileys.

BMW E30 EURO HELLA ELLIPSOID SMILEYS HEADLIGHTS

Up for sale is a set of BMW e30 3 series Hella euro ellipsoid smileys. These lights are in great working condition, no cracks or broken parts, very little pitting. They were recovered for a 1989 325i, German car and imported to the U.S. The lights are been properly cleaned, all 8 light aiming screws have been cleaned and all turn freely. All 12 black rubber bushings have been replaced with new ones. All bulbs will be included, and all pigtails are also provided. Some cutting and splicing will be required for connecting to the U.S wire harness. Also available on my other listing are euro grills.
