I have a cam that I found in my garage today after selling my E30 last weekend.
It has less than 10k street driven miles on it, used always with 20W50 Castrol oil.
I swapped out to a 272 about 2 years ago for a cam with better street manners.
Overall condition is great. On cylinder 1 intake/exhaust lobes there is very mild pitting from what I can see and took pictures of. It didn't affect operation in my car, so I don't think it is an issue.

I also have some low mile (10k or less) OEM M20 rocker arms I could throw in if I receive my asking price of $275USD (shipped).
