Cabrio tan rear seat & manual top

1. Cabrio rear seat - seams on back rest in the middle are starting to come apart. Besides that the seat is good - no major issues that I noted. See attached pics. Price is $100 - I'd like local pickup, upstate SC.

2. Cabrio manual top - no window, no helper struts. Price is $90. Also local pickup in upstate SC.

Any chance you'd be willing to ship the rear seat? I need one pretty badly and they're thin on the ground in Montana.

Hmm...if the top has an intact rear window and is relatively watertight I'd take that too. EDIT: I see it has no rear window. Let me think on that one but I need the seat for sure.
