Yeah, well I would love to move, but have been here so long that lease rates have inflated enough that it's better just to stay and work around ourselves. Just trying to avoid painting myself in a corner so-to-speak.

Wow. Didn't realize new is NLA for the 318is, even aftermarket ones, I've been selling them to the scrapper. M20 stuff is still available. Match the $80 the scrap guy gives me for them, PM for shipping since it may be best to Greyhound or Fastenal it to your city and you can pick up.

Currently out of take-offs that were known good since they were rebuilt here at the shop. I would hate to ship a head to someone then to only find out it was cracked.
