I never tested it, not sure how too, but when it was on the car the idle was steady, that's all I can give you.

Rev up the engine and see if the idle will drop below or to almost stall, then idle back up to normal. I have a spare L shape hacked in now and idles normal. thats how I determine my was bad even I cleaned it.
