    FS: Ansa BW6607 muffler / resonator for '91 318is - NEW

    All - got this Ansa muffler and resonator assembly from APW for my iS, used it for a week and it's not really for me...a bit loud for my taste. I'm old.


    Going back to my old setup for a minute and maybe permanently. In the meantime I have this in my garage. Gauging interest at $100 picked up in LA. It's on the car at the moment and will be until I can swap it back out this weekend, will post more pics when I pull it off. Have new hangers / brackets as well that I can throw in if you need them.

                  Some pics - I had a muffler shop put some clearance for the rear crossmember but still didn’t like it...after lots of swearing the old one is back on the car.

                                      The muffler is still available, brackets and rubber donuts are sold. I’d take $60 picked up or if we can work out shipping that would be on top.

                                      It sounded good while on the car, a little more throaty than my current exhaust but not obnoxious. I’d say it’s subtle, but nice.
