(Sale pending) I started to build my own ITB set using GSXR600 throttle bodies (38mm), but am now headed down the path of swapping the M20 out. I’m just looking to get what I have into it back. There will be more work required, but there’s a solid start here. I went a slightly different route and have the throttle bodies o-ringed and solid mounted to the lower manifold instead of silicone couplers. This should give the shortest reasonable path from butterfly to valve.






Including the welding and machining the flange flat, I’m into this $150 (not including raw materials and my time). Will ship at buyers expense. Local pickup in Seattle preferred.
Problems left to sort out:
-extend the throttle linkages to step from one throttle body to another.

-vacuum sync. I was going to use the OEM motorcycle injector ports and add a tube like the S54 has.

-throttle linkage itself. Never even began this process
-injector intrusion. The welding warped the flange. I had it decked back to flat, but it means the middle injectors stick out further than the outer ones. I was going to get a phenolic isolator or run two gaskets if there was interference.
