For sale are a set of 4 Yakima 1A 4-pack with 4 matching locks. These fit VW mk1s and bmw e30s. These are used, in great shape, and are ready to carry things on your roof. Just add a set of bars in the length you want. I don't have the key, but it is available from Yakima for $5.50. Comes with install wrench and brand new rubber pads. These were $250+ tax and shipping new.
