    1990 325i Cluster - Dead SI Board

Not sure if someone could use, for parts or whatever. It does have the 7k tach. I bought this and robbed the working SI board, then put my slightly less intelligent SI board in this one. Not sure what's wrong with the SI board, it's not the batteries (I tested them with a multimeter). The SI lights stay lit and the tach doesn't work (due to the SI board). I did verify all the gauges do work with my other SI board. Maybe you can find the broken solder point in the board and fix it? If it puts $20 in my pocket it'll be worth shipping it out, otherwise I'll just keep it in case I need the parts for something. I believe the mileage reads 251,xxx and is in good cosmetic condition.

Also looking for a like new OEM shift boot, OEM shift carrier bushings (is that what they're called?), like new OEM hood shock, and one of those covers that go above the pedals under the dash.

This is probably a waste of everyone's time, including my own, but you're the one that clicked the thread :D

Ok, I really need to go to sleep. Goodnight r3v......

He's looking for one, not selling one.

        Joey,
The hood shock is like $12 on eBay brand new. I'm sure you could find a shift boot on there too for around that price. Or get ahold of Rob S. and get a leather one like mine.

Oh yeah, I forgot to specify it's a MotoMeter.

Mr. Copperwheat, I figured I'd just toss that in there in case anyone had one they wanted to trade or something. At least I think that was my intention when I was half asleep last night, lol.
