WTT: Smoked Hella Euro Ellipsoids for Clear Euro Ellipsoids (Bosch or Hella)

I installed some smoked ellipsoids I picked up from a friend this weekend and I think I would rather have clear lenses. I really like more of the OEM look over the 'bad ass' look.

They are genuine Hella ellipsoids, although I am unsure if they are genuine smoked or owner smoked. They are done very well either way. They are pitted as most every pair of headlights I have seen. The drivers side ellipsoid (low beam) lense has a crack going from the 10 o clock position to the 5 o clock position. It does not leak water nor affect the function of the headlight. Because they are smoked, its not visible from more than 6 inches away. Otherwise they are in good condition as far as I can tell.

Willing to trade even for like condition Hella or Bosch ellipsoids, and/or willing to pay more for better condition pieces. Not really looking to sell outright since I have already rewired my car for the H1 pig tails and my stock sealed beams won't go back in. Let me know what you have, or what you are interested in trading for.

Looking for only/mainly euro smiley headlights as replacements. Basically I have smoked smileys for trade for clear smileys.

I am going to get pictures tomorrow of the headlights and of the BBS's for sale.

There has been a ton of interest, so I am going on a first come first serve basis with PM's. After seeing the pictures, any serious interested parties (such as those who are ready to ship tomorrow) PM me and we can strike a deal. I would like to see pictures of what I am getting, but anything in good condition will be good for me. Excellent condition I would be willing to pay for, but not too much. My new coil overs are costing me a fortune!

That certainly looks a lot like ordinary Euro Ellipsoids with 'Smoked/light hindering' film.

They are done considerably better than other 'owner' tinted models I have seen. They are genuine Hella euro smileys, whether user tinted or factory tinted had little bearing to me.

Is that a crack in that front left light?

In the bottom of picture 3 you can see the edge of the Lamin-X. Factory smoked highs are done with cross hairs, not colored lenses. This setup limits light output. Not factory.

Is there a way to remove it? I would be plenty happy doing that?
