    FOR SALE 100k M20

As the title states. Im selling my M20 out of my convertible. Im swapping it for a M50.
The engine is extremely clean and everything was replaced maintenance wise. I put 500 miles on it since the gasket overhaul. I painted the valve cover and intake Manifold black and grinded the ridges for the alpina look. It runs great and doesnt smoke, However it starts to heat up quicker than any of my other M20s and i was told it needs a new headgasket.

If you are local i will fire it up and let you drive the car before it is removed. Then we will pull it

    I will post pics later

I was thinking in the neighborhood of a couple hundred

wait less then 500 miles since the rebuild, but it already needs a headgasket?

yea, it was a gasket overhaul. Apparently when the head gasket was put in it was installed "improperly". Ive done 3 but i guess i did this one wrong. Dont know how, Nor does anyone else.
So theres 2 possibilitys. Bad gasket from the manufacturer or User error(me)

shit, we can pluck it today. Im sitting on my ass. The only reason the engine is still in there, Is the fact it runs perfect and i can just drive it to GG. However if you have connections to a dolly we can just do that.

keep it as long as you need it , I am in no rush , but if you want to whenever , unless you just want to let Jeff pull it out . you tell me , I'm easy to get along with.
