Eh, with Fedex Ground it should be around $90 coast to coast to a business address. 150 lb max, so even with around 10 lbs of packing material and box you should be fine.

A double corrugated "Dish Barrel Box" is what you want to ship the block in. It is around 18x18x28" in most instances, and is the perfect size for shipping a shortblock. Just be sure to double box it.

A hassle for sure, but if the only bites are from people who need it shipped...
