    FS: Lots of Turbo Parts for ya M20 turboing guys

    I have a lot for sale and this could be for someone that wants to get everything one shot and not have to piece things out or wait..


    Here we go


    JE Pistons- $700



    Eagle Rods - $400



    PPF ZHF Turbo Cam - $400 still in the shipping wrapping




    Holset HX40 - $300






    666 Fabrication Turbo Manifold - 700



    Intercooler - $100 The shoe is a size 12 hehe..tried to use that to show the size. If ya need more pics let me know.




    'I' Head with welded coolant channels done by 666fabrication - $300




    Completely stripped out 'E' Head..just completely stripped so I did the work for you already





    3 inch turbo exhaust with magnaflow muffler #300 Sorry for the pic quality



    Completely Stripped block $100 The work is done for you already


    m20b25 Crank $125

    Can you please explain what the welded coolant channels work is?

    This is just bare head?

        That head was not designed for any boost and they would tend to flex, lift, and/or leak via the unsupported coolant channels. Welding there stiffens up that area of the head.

          It strengthens the head to take some good boost numbers. Braces it up so that you don't have to worry about a thing

            I don't get it,if they are welded where does the coolant flow thru?I'm confused.

                  Take a look at the last pic of the block. Notice that the coolant channels on each side of the piston do not connect. All the welding does on the head is to match those holes, instead of having an open channel on one side. The channel is not welded from end-to-end, but just in the middle where it's open on the head but closed on the block. Later heads were built without the open channel.

                              Wouldnt it be easier just to get stronger head bolts? Welding the holes 80% or so has to cause some sort of problems?
