iS skirts or ac schnitzer rear valance for trade

looking to trade an AC schnitzer rear valalnce, or a set of iS side skirts, for a good set of elip smileys. the valance is painted a dark blue, and is in very good shape.

the skirts are red, and are in need of some repair, but are quite decent.

or, even better, i'll trade both the valance and the skirts for a set of basketweaves with GOOD tires.
