The black sport seats are in good condition with wear on the driver's side bolsters. The driver's side bolster also has a tear (pic to come) with some of the foam missing. Pretty easy DIY upholstery job to patch it, but I'm selling the seats as-is. Would like to get $190 for the set, plus shipping. I also have a black rear seat in perfect condition that I'll sell for $50 plus shipping.
Also have a set of tan "regular" seats out of an 89 325i coupe. Great condition, no rips or tears. Would like to get 70 plus shipping for them. Pics below:

Side view of the driver seat. Notice that the piping is loose on the bolster. Also, the recline adjustment lever is missing on this seat.
Driver's seat. No rips, burns or tears in the upholstery.
Passenger seat. Same as the driver - no rips, burns or tears.
