The ETK can also be found here as a disc image file. For windows, just mount the disc image using something like Daemon Tools (freeware).

Or, if you don't want to bother doing that (which can be quite time consuming), DCColegrove has you covered. Plus, you know his stuff will work for sure. Especially helpful if you're not very computer savvy.
