From what I can tell, these are extremely rare progressive rate race springs that will obviously fit any e30. The drop is pretty low. I have pictures of my 318 sitting on them if you wanna see. With 225's the rears are definitely tucked and the front has virtually no gap.
You will have to be careful with an iS lip and 318 guys MUST watch the oil pan.
The progressive rate makes the car really easy to ride in, so daily driving is not a chore, but when you really get it in to a turn, it sets up nice and holds the turn amazingly well. These were on my autocross car paired with Bilstein Sports and I won many events with that set up.
The max rate is 450 front & 650 rear.
