    OH: 87 325E Sedan - Rolling Chassis

    SOLD...

Hi I'm selling the 1987 BMW 325 with 204k miles that I purchased awhile ago with intentions of swapping another motor into. The car is a 5 speed 4 door sedan with original Lapisblau paint which I recently buffed and polished, but it does have several rock chips that could be touched up. Also a 1 or 2 chips on the windsheild. The car comes with 14 inch bottlecap wheels with decent tires and has 2.93 open rear end.

Everything is included with the exception of the engine, engine wiring harness, transmission and driveshaft, but for an extra $200 I can include those items as well. Front bumper has been removed to make room for the engine coming out. Full air conditioning system and power steering still intact. Interior is blue vinyl, front seats will need to be replaced or covered, and the dash does indeed have the "trademark" e30 cracking. Manual sunroof, power mirrors, windows, and locks. No battery included.

Looking to sell soon. Priced to sell at $400 or $600obo with motor, transmission, and driveshaft. This car would be a cheap and awesome candidate for a 24valve or 3.5liter swap. My loss is your gain, I'm not in a financial position to get this car the care it needs, but with a little bit of work and creativity it could be a great ride.

PM me with any questions or call/text 937 seven two five 9889. I'm located in Ripley, Ohio 45167.

    Thanks!

Forgot to mention the best part of all.....NO RUST! 2 small surface spots, not even half the size of a dime, both on the rear lip under where the trunk lid lays.

    OBO on everything!

          Engine?

What condition is the engine in? Did it run in the car? Could it be reassembled and driven for a while or must it have a replacement engine? Are all the electronics cruise, wipers, power options still in place?

Car didn't have a battery when I bought it so I just messed around and put mine in. It would crank and crank finally start for a second and then die. I'm pretty sure the dizzy cap and rotor are trashed. No clutch on it right either, I pulled it off when I removed the tranny because it was toast. I don't think the engine is bad but it needs attention.

Interior needs some work. Driver's inside door handle is broke but still opens. No shift console. Dash is cracked.

Power options are all in place. Don't think it has cruise (I'll check, but my other 87eta doesn't) No blower motor though. But I might have an extra lying around.

Car's not smashed or anything of the sort??? Body is in pretty good shape considering it is 20 years old with 200k. One dent on the driver's fender and several rock chips on the hood and a couple on the windshield.

Somebody pick this up I'll throw you a good deal.

Thanks...and its cheaper than anything else on this board and in better shape than most in a comparable price range.
