Ok, so i'm not trying to be a dink, but I want to know why I want this? Is there an advantage to not havin PS??

You would want to do this if you want your steering to be more responsive. It will give you more feedback from the car. The steering also feels a bit more responsive at higher speeds like it needs less effort to turn the car. The only time you feel "hard" steering is when you are moving under 5 miles per hour.

Also so you can remove the ps reservoir, pump, and lines from the engine bay. also removes the drag of the pump from your engine, potentially freeing up some hp.

Good answer your getting a PM about this... also when deleting the pump does someone know the size of the belt? 85 325e ... I think a couple weeks ago I saw a post about it being 6k1420 but I can't seem to find that right now.
