87 325i Vert For Parts Everything super cheap

I ahve an 87 325i black/red for parts. Timing belt went and I was told "4th gear is going". After looking over the car I'm not going to fix it RUST everywhere. There are tons of good parts on the car so if you need anything let me know. DME,Exhaust and Rear subframe have been sold. The top is trash back window was spray painted black. Let me know what you need. Thanks

what color int? is the back seat ripped? if not what are you asking for it?

The back seat was taken out of it before I bought the car. The interior is Red.
