    Yeah, you gonna need an antenna adapter on most later BMW decks: 40VW-20.

    What Lyle means is that the 70-8590 is not an adapter, it is just a pigtail harness that gives bare wire...thus can be wired into anything.

    The part numbers listed below are the actual BMW parts that are a direct fit adapter, making the "Business Class" decks plug and play in an E30.

    One of them is for cars with seperate faders, and one for later cars with the fader built into the radio. They are still available but not cheap.
    Now here is another deal: none of the harnesses above have the wire for the data buss that allows iPod integration or steering wheel controls...so if the seller doesn't have a harness, go find an E36 to hijack the harness from out of a junkyard.

    Yes it DOES and yes you WILL. I did it a few times already and those are the parts that I used.

    It won't sit flush unless you mod the console. It sticks out a bit stock, but not badly.
