They are not OE seats, so they are both neither nor, and either or!

However what they are is very sexy!

they’re from a porsche 911, so i’d say coupe.

Reason for me asking was because I have a coupe. Coupe seats fold forward for access to the rear. Sedan seats do not fold forward. Access is thru the second door.
