M20 throttle body vacuum fitting kit (solution machined out of aluminum)

Selling a vacuum fitting kit for the two smaller lines on the right side of the throttle body. These 2 lines originally hook up to the brake booster and air intake elbow boot, and are a common source of vacuum leaks.

You will have to remove the existing fittings from your throttle body and tap the holes with a 7/16-20 tap to thread them. The top hole gets deleted with the screw plug from the kit (you will have to plug your air intake elbow boot too) and the bottom hole is the new fitting that connects to the brake booster. You will also need a new in-line or 90 degree check valve and probably worth replacing the hose too while you're at it. Overall, this simplifies the M20 vacuum setup and reduces the risk of a vacuum leak.

Installation should be self explanatory (similar to this DIY thread, except this kit does not rely on loctite to hold the lower fitting firm; instead, the locking nut on the lower fitting holds it tightly in place). The top fitting plug gets installed with a flathead screwdriver and the bottom fitting connection gets installed with a wrench. Put the locking nut and elbow joint on the bottom fitting afterwards and tighten the locking nut against the elbow joint to hold it in place. White or blue loctite is recommended to seal the threads when installing everything.

$40 shipped, made to order so it will take a couple of days to machine a set

With the fittings loosely in place (not tightened down against the throttle body, as you can tell by the slight gaps):
