I have everything you need including actuator, steering wheel stalk, etc but it came off a '90 M3 with airbags. What is the difference? I had an '89 as well and all the HW/wiring looked identical.

The differences are the bends in the steering stalk.

I have a none airbag cruise control switch. Buy this airbag one and I'll trade you for the airbag one.
