At some point mine appears to have done a runner from my front bumper and I noticed it while doing other work under the engine bay. While not function critical I appreciate the slight extra protection from stuff like sticks and the like on the road. The new ones are hideously overpriced for plastic trim so I'd like to get one used, some normal wear and tear is just fine. Pics included of the part, and its place on the bumper (lower of the two slots). My car is an '88, but it should be the same across all late IS dams. I am in Washington state for shipping purposes.
