I don't need trim, lights, the reinforcement behind it, etc. Simply need the cover, paint can be whatever as long as it's intact, and not damaged (i.e. no cracks, scratches, etc). I got screwed by UPS on the last bumper I bought so I'd love one in NC. PM away.
