Rubber bell housing

Ok I'm looking for the sound proofing rubber formed padding that is located underneath the car drivers seat and continues up the side of the bell housing and clutch slave cylinder, is held on by round washers with a nut. The rubber is 3/8 inch thick approximately.

if no one has one let me know if there is a place that sells it.
