Rear shock plastic protector pieces

I am replacing some monroe rear shocks that came on the car with billie HD's and will be needing the shock protector tubes, #5 in this pic: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...27&hg=33&fg=45

Also looks like I need #4 and #6 although I think #6 is usually retained inside of the boot.
