Verizon Service W/ out activations fees

I have a verizon account for transfer (its not technically a sale because you dont have to pay anything other than the monthly plan you choose) I really want the new My touch 4G phone that T Mobile has but I still have my Verizon contract for another while. I was hoping someone on here would like to help me out and get a deal in the process. The process is simple you dont event have to leave your house, its called an assumption of liability where you would basically just take over my account. I have to first call verizon and tell them someone else is going to assume liability of my account and then you call them give them some info and pick the service plan and voila you have yourself a new phone line without paying any activation fees and you can choose a new number. Too be clear this is the same account as if you were to go to the Verizon store its not some wierd third party thing. The only drawback is that because it is a contract you dont get any of the free startup phones. I do have a used LG enV that you can have if interested.
