FS: 1990 Litespeed Titanium MTB frame

I have two Ti frames and really only need one. I bought this then like two days later, I found a '00 Mongoose Pro Ti(TST/Sandvik)that i'm currently building up.

    -'90 Litespeed Standard Mountain
    -1648g
    -Seattube, m-m : 20"
    -Steertube: 130mm, 1 1/8"
    -Toptube m-m: 565mm(as per 1990 Litespeed Catalog)
    -68mm Bottom Bracket shell

I just brushed it with medium Scotchbrite and it came out damn nice. It can be further finished with a light sand->scotchbrite. Or blasted for a matte finish.

There are (3) things with the frame. Not really problems, but issues:

    1. There is a crack in the headtube between the 'breather' hole and the weld bead for the downtube. The PO took it to (3) different bicycle Ti welders, two of which worked for SEVEN & MERLIN and the last for Davidson Cycles. All 3 said to just ride the hell out of it because it's most likely been there since new, and it won't get past the bead. They said oxygen probably got into the tube while it was hot and caused the crack.

    Pic of said crack:

    2. The bottle holder booses are not healthy. From left to right:no threads/spins in tube/spins in tube/unhealthy threads

    3. Some jackass removed the factory Litespeed seattube shim, which should make it 27.0mm. A quality shim available aftermarket will do just fine.

Outside of these 3 concerns, the frame is healthy. All threads on the brake bosses, bottom bracket, and hangout are good.
