GWT/BBS 4x100 16x8 3pc wheels (my own small brand)

Hey everyone, I have never posted about what I’ve been developing the past two years because the forums seem to be quit dead sadly.

I have been designing and manufacturing parts for our chassis including wheels, suspension, composite molds, engine parts, etc.under my business GefahreneWelt

These wheels are my own CAD design based on a vintage set of Weds Albino wheels I had. I added some features to them that add some Ronal flavor.

The wheel model is called “GWT”

They are CNC cut from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a 4x100 PCD and a 57.1mm center bore. I design all my faces to be compatible with BBS 20-hole halves which can be purchased directly from BBS or a cheaper alternative being SRR.

They are built with SRR lips and barrels and have a staggered offset.

**two lips have small flat spots that can be fixed, but do not effect their performance**

Wheels include 225/45 Nankang AR1 with 30% remaining roughly.

I retail a full set of these wheels for $5700 with SRR halves and $6500 with BBS halves!

Asking $3700 OBO as these are used and have two lips with minor flat spots.

Argh! If only I had waited a few weeks to buy wheels. I’ve been watched your product development on IG for a while. Your products look so great. I know manufacturing is a super difficult space to keep afloat in. Crossing my figured that that magical alignment happens where I need a thing and you have it.

they are! Although I hate the formatting and image limitations. I wish the Facebook group could be gone so everyone would have to use the forum again :/

sales are slow. Lots of desirable stuff for sale that isn’t selling these days (at least for the middle class people)

I wanted to invest in marketing but my day job couldn’t cover rent, living costs, prototyping AND marketing. So I just tried to make samples of every part I design to show it’s real and attainable.

im still making parts and wheels per request, but I couldn’t afford the LLC and website costs after failing to open a shop. American dream is no more haha.
