WTB: Cheap wheels and tires in Virginia ASAP

I've got a friend of desperate need of some 4-lug e30 wheels by the weekend. Any kind of wheels are fine as long as they are straight and have somewhat decent tires.

I'm in Harrisonburg, VA but will drive to pickup if needed.
