WTB kosei k1's

looking for good condition Kosei K1's in 15x7 and 4x100 pattern. Hopefully on west coast and in decent shape, if they have tires that's cool. I ahve 500 dollars so far but am still saving money, but don't wanna spend too much.

But that doesn't include tires. Sorry I wasn't clear, but i'm looking for like 500 or so for wheels and tires, or in the 300's or so for wheels alone. Sorry I wasn't clear on that.
