wtb: wide 4x100 wheels, near NJ! <700$

I am looking for a set of wider wheels 8" or wider for my mk2 jetta. Some wheels I am interested in are xxrs, diamond racing, widened steelies, salad shooters, etc. Basically any 14-16" wheel 8" or wider, with a lower offset.

I have up to 700$ to spend and want the tires to not be trashed. I am located in Central NJ but will consider driving up to 2 hours to meet up.
